Mounting Kit for Interior
Most exhaust fans install from the inside of the building and attach to the interior wall. The Haslet Mounting Kit for Interior Installations are simple 1×4 lumber but precut to allow installers to quickly and easily install their exhaust fan or inlet vent to the interior side of the wall. With the Haslet Frame on the exterior side and the Mounting Kit on the interior side, the building panel is sandwiched, giving the cutout zone a very rigid and stiff support.
Although many of our photos show miter cuts, by customer request, we have changed to butt joints that are easier to install.
