* WARRANTY: Since it is up to the customer to paint, install, and maintain the Haslet Frame items, it is impossible for us to warranty the components. Like any wood product (most houses, even brick homes, have exterior wood surfaces) must be re-painted every few years to reduce weathering.
* All items have a primer applied; if you do not specify a color, it will be white. Other colors available black, brown, and gray. Let us know which color you prefer in the notes or by email; otherwise, the default is white.
Customers are encouraged to apply an additional coat of paint to match their building color.
* The frame side widths are usually 3.5” or 5.5” however, due to supply chain issues, this width may vary about an inch. If you need a specific frame width (i.e. outer dimension), make a note in the comments when you place your order or contact us.
* The facesheet (the flat surface of the Haslet Frames) is usually 3/8” thick.
Due to supply chain issues, the thickness may range from 1/4” to 3/4”. If you have a specific facesheet thickness that you prefer, make a note in the comments or contact us.
• You need to supply your own fasteners.
The exception is that if you order your Haslet Frame with an Interior Mounting Kit, we will supply the wood screws of the correct length.
