Haslet One-Piece Frame
The Haslet One-Piece Frame is ready to install right out of the box. It is for those installations that have NOT had the cutout created yet. The Haslet Frames fill the gaps and voids created by the building ridges to seal against water leaks and gives a flat surface for easy installation of your accessory.
The customer must send us the exact cutout dimensions from the user’s manual of their exhaust fan, vent, or window and we fabricate your frame to that exact opening. If you already have a cutout, see our Haslet Frame Kits which will fit any existing cutout at any location in the pattern. The Haslet One-Piece Frame is available for R-panel, SM-Rib, U-panel, Delta-Rib III, Pro-Panel II, Max-Rib, and Tex-Rib panel patterns.
The first step is to use the Haslet One-Piece Frame as a marking template: when the customer receives the Haslet frame, locate it temporarily and trace the interior perimeter onto your building with a dark magic marker. Make the cutout and merely install the frame flush to the cutout. The Haslet Frame gives you a flat surface that seals the gaps and makes it easy to install your fan, vent, or window.
The Haslet One-Piece Frame has a facesheet that ranges from 3/8 to 3/4 inch. It comes with two coats of a primer/paint.

Cutout dimension is the length of one side of a square cutout. If you have a rectangular cutout, contact us and we’ll place the order for you. The frame price is based on the average of the height and width dimensions.
