R-panel Frame Kit
NOTE: The Haslet Frame Kit is often purchased inadvertently when the customer actually wanted our Haslet One-Piece Frame. This Haslet Frame Kit is for existing cutouts or for those locations that must be precise.
If you do NOT have a cutout in your building yet, the Haslet One-Piece Frame is recommended because it is much easier to install.
If you already have a cutout or if you already have your window or exhaust fan installed, we recommend this Haslet Frame Kit. The Haslet Frame Kit gives the installer the components to make a tight fitting frame around any opening in a building panel. Our frames nest into the panel ridges, filling the gaps and valleys to create a flat surface to attach an exhaust fan or window. We send excess lengths to allow you to fit and trim to fit.
R-panel patterns have a 12 inch repeating pattern of large and small ridges. We also have kits that fit SM-Rib and other patterns. If you can not identify your panel type, send us a photo.
For those exhaust fans that install to the interior side of the wall, our Mounting Kit for Interior Installations is recommended also.
